Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction For Teens (MBSR-T) for Body and Appearance Image This class is a version of the MBSR class that is geared towards Teens and the particular struggles today's teenagers go through. Struggling with negative feelings about your appearance can be stressful and isolating. This 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program offers a supportive space to cultivate awareness, self-compassion, and a kinder relationship with your body. Through guided mindfulness meditations, gentle movement, and reflective group discussions, you’ll learn practical tools to: Soften self-criticism and negative thoughts Reduce stress and emotional reactivity Connect more deeply with your body and your present experience Build lasting habits of self-care and self-acceptance Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have practiced before, this program provides compassionate guidance and practical strategies to help you move toward ease, acceptance, and a more peaceful relationship with yourself. Format: 8 weekly sessions, plus home practice and guided resources Who it’s for: Anyone struggling with negative body or appearance image who wants to explore mindfulness as a tool for self-compassion and stress reduction
